Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Legal Advisor / Lawyer with sound knowledge of litigation and tax laws to join our team on Sinhgad Road, Pune. This position is suitable for both high-potential fresh graduates and experienced legal professionals.

As a Legal Advisor, you will handle court proceedings, draft legal documentation, manage tax/statutory legal compliance, and provide strategic legal advisory to safeguard the organization’s interests.

Key Responsibilities
Litigation & Court Proceedings:
Draft pleadings, notices, petitions, written statements, affidavits, and appeals.
Represent and assist in court cases, tribunals, legal hearings, and dispute resolution.
Research case law, precedents, and legal procedures to build robust defense/claim strategies.




Taxation & Compliance:
Handle legal aspects of direct and indirect taxation issues, notices, and compliance matters.
Draft and review legal replies to statutory tax authorities or notices.
Legal Advisory & Contracting:
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Provide practical legal guidance on risk mitigation, statutory compliance, and corporate regulations.
Coordinate with external legal counsel and senior advocates when necessary.

Requirements
Degree in Law (LL.B / B.A. LL.B / LL.M).
Solid understanding of civil/criminal litigation processes and court procedures.
Fundamental knowledge of taxation law and statutory compliances.
Excellent legal drafting, research, and oral advocacy skills.
Solid analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities.
Both freshers with a strong legal aptitude and experienced legal professionals are encouraged
