Science Teacher Specialist – Biology

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Biology Specialist to teach and inspire students through engaging, student-centered instruction. The ideal candidate will have strong subject expertise, excellent classroom management skills, and a commitment tofostering scientific curiosity and academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Biology lessons aligned with the curriculum.
Teach concepts in cell biology, genetics, ecology, human physiology, biotechnology, and evolution.
Develop lesson plans, assessments, worksheets, and laboratory activities.
Conduct practical experiments while ensuring laboratory safety protocols arefollowed.
Assess student learning through tests, assignments, projects, and practical evaluations.
Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
Use contemporary teaching methodologies, digital tools, and interactive learning techniques.
Prepare students for board examinations and competitive exams, where applicable.




Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning workplace.
Participate in curriculum planning, faculty meetings, and school events.
Stay updated with advancements in biological sciences and educational practices.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Zoology, Botany, or a related field.
B.Ed. (preferred or mandatory, depending on institutional requirements).
Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience (preferred).
Strong command of Biology concepts and practical applications.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in using digital teaching platforms and educational technology.
