Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned UX Design Professional with experience in delivering end-to-end product design across complex, multi-module platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a solid portfolio showcasing expertise in web, mobile and enterprise systems, with proven ability to transform ambiguous problem areas into intuitive, structured user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Proven experience designing for complex, multi-module products (web, mobile, enterprise systems, or large-scale platforms).
Hands-on experience in creating design-to-code layered prototypes, component-based flows, and developer-ready design specifications.
Robust background in user research, usability testing, research synthesis, and translating insights into design strategies.
Demonstrated ability to lead UX initiatives, guide junior designers, and collaborate effectively with Product and Engineering teams.
Experience working in AI-integrated workflows, including prototyping, research synthesis, or automation-driven design tasks.




Ability to transform ambiguous problem areas into structured, intuitive UX flows and wireframes.
Knowledge of design system creation, component governance, and scalable pattern design.
Experience applying domain-specific understanding (industry knowledge, business logic, compliance constraints) to improve UX quality.
Ability to document and present design decisions clearly to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Core Competencies
Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, wireframing, and design strategy.
Strong proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and other industry-standard design tools.
Ability to produce high-quality prototypes with design tokens, components, and responsive behavior.
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles. Solid grasp of design systems, component libraries, and scalable UI patterns.
