Position Summary

The Subject Counsellor supports the Senior faculty in delivering effective classroom instruction, reinforcing mathematical concepts, assisting students in achieving academic excellence, and maintaining a disciplined, engaging,



and student-centered learning workplace. The role involves classroom assistance, doubt clarification, assessment support, and academic coordination.

Key ResponsibilitiesClassroom Support

· Assist the Senior Teacher in conducting classroom instruction for Classes VI–X.

· Support lesson delivery by reinforcing subject concepts through guided practice.

· Provide individual and small-group academic support to students requiring additional assistance.

· Ensure active student participation and classroom discipline.

Academic Support

· Assist in preparing worksheets, assignments, question banks, and practice materials.

· Conduct revision sessions and doubt-clearing classes under faculty guidance.

· Support students in developing logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

· Assist in preparing students for school examinations, Olympiads, and competitive assessments.
