Job Title:- Experienced Fashion Designer

Job Summary:- We are looking for an 5 years of experienced Fashion Designer to create innovative, trend-driven apparel collections that align with our brand identity and customer preferences. The ideal candidate has a strong creative vision, excellent technical design skills, and the ability to manage the design process from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities
Research fashion trends, market insights, and customer preferences.
Develop seasonal collections, concepts, mood boards, and color palettes.
Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, and tech packs.
Select fabrics, trims, prints, and embellishments.
Collaborate with merchandising, production, sourcing, and marketing teams.
Conduct fittings and make design adjustments based on feedback.
Ensure designs meet quality, cost, and TimeLine requirements.
Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors throughout product development.
Monitor product performance and recommend design improvements.
Stay updated with emerging fashion trends, fabrics, and technologies.





Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
5 - 6 years of experience in fashion design.
Robust portfolio showcasing apparel collections and design expertise.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software.
Knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, textiles, and production processes.
Experience creating technical specifications and tech packs.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Robust attention to detail and time management.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
