About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Technician with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support, maintaining IT systems,



and ensuring smooth and secure IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Provide first- and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment
Troubleshoot Windows/Mac operating systems and common business applications
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls (Active Directory / Office 365)
Support LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi connectivity, routers, switches, and firewalls
Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and security compliance
Assist in IT asset management and maintain proper documentation
Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and service support
Ensure regular system backups and support data recovery when required
Provide basic cybersecurity support including antivirus, endpoint security, and patch updates
