Albemarle is hiring a Power Platform and DevOps Administrator. This position is hybrid and located in India.

Job Summary
The Power Platform & DevOps Administrator is responsible for administering, securing, and governing Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Copilot Studio) and Azure DevOps across the enterprise. This role ensures platform reliability, secure access, standardized ALM pipelines, and compliance with organizational governance policies while enabling scalable citizen and career development.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Power Platform administration, Azure DevOps project and repository management,



CI/CD pipelines, setting strategies, and enterprise security controls.

Key Responsibilities
Power Platform Administration & Governance
Administer Power Platform environments, including creation, configuration, lifecycle management, and retirement
Define and enforce power platform environment strategies, naming conventions, and usage standards
Manage Dataverse settings, solution management, and capacity monitoring
Configure and maintain DLP (Data Loss Prevention) policies and connectors governance
Administer Power platform applications, Workflows and Copilot Studio agents, including environment access, security controls, and deployment readiness
Monitor platform health, capacity, performance, and licensing usage
Support audits and compliance by maintaining documentation and access controls

Azure DevOps Administration
Administer Azure DevOps organizations, projects, repositories,
