Role Description
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting ESG, Supply Chain, Climate Tech markets to meet or exceed revenue objectives.
Identify emerging market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscapes in sustainability, climate risk management, ESG reporting, and supply chain traceability.
Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives,



sustainability officers, supply chain leaders, regulators, and other key stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales specialists, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving targets and delivering customer value.
Drive the entire sales cyclefrom prospecting and lead generation to negotiations and closing dealsocusing on complex, solution-based offerings.
Cultivate strategic alliances with industry partners, government agencies, and development institutions to expand market reach and credibility.
Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to align offerings with customer needs and market demands.

Qualifications
Master’s degree in business administration, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Marketing, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in ClimateTech, ESG solutions, supply chain technol
