Role Overview

The Project Desk Executive will serve as the coordination backbone of IndiFrame's project execution

function. This role bridges design, costing, client communication, and site execution ensuring that

every project moves from enquiry to delivery with accuracy, speed, and accountability. The ideal

candidate has a working knowledge of uPVC/aluminum systems, is comfortable with estimation tools

and technical drawings, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously with a structured, detail-

oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Tracking
Manage the end-to-end desk coordination of assigned projects from enquiry receipt to

installation handover
Maintain and update project trackers covering status, timelines, pending items, and delivery

milestones
Coordinate between the design, production, procurement, and installation teams to ensure

seamless workflow
Prepare and circulate daily/weekly project status reports to relevant stakeholders

Estimation, Costing & BOQ Preparation
Prepare detailed cost estimates,



Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and project quotations for residential

and commercial clients
Use RA Workshop, Window Maker, or EVA software to generate system-specific material takeoffs

and costing sheets
Optimize material utilization and suggest cost-effective design alternatives where applicable
Assist the sales team with competitive pricing inputs for bids and tenders
Experience in BOQ preparation is mandatory

Technical Drawing & Documentation
Prepare and review technical drawings, shop drawings, and layout plans using AutoCAD or

equivalent tools
Ensure drawings are aligned with client specifications, site measurements, and IndiFrame product

standards
Maintain accurate and organized project documentation including drawings, approvals, and

revision history

Client & Vendor Coordination
Act as the first point of contact for project-related queries from clients, dealers, and channel

partners
