Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Content Writer & Personal Branding Specialist to develop high-impact content for personal brands across digital platforms. This role involves creating engaging narratives for specialists, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders while driving audience engagement through compelling storytelling and platform-specific content.

The ideal candidate has a robust understanding of social media trends, personal branding, audience psychology, and content strategies that improve reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Research, conceptualize, and create content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, long-form YouTube videos, and LinkedIn articles.
Write engaging video scripts using high-retention storytelling frameworks such as Hook – Context – Trigger – Call to Action (CTA).
Develop compelling captions, social media copy, ad copy,



and platform-specific content while maintaining each client's unique tone of voice.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and viral content formats, and adapt them into relevant content ideas.
Conduct in-depth research across diverse industries, including healthcare, wellness, business, entrepreneurship, and leadership, to create authentic and informative content.
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure content aligns with branding objectives and marketing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or personal branding.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Tamil.
Solid storytelling, scriptwriting, and content structuring abilities.
Familiarity with marketing and content frameworks, particularly Hook – Context – Trigger – CTA, is preferred.
