About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to lead our sales operations, marketing initiatives, and team performance. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a quick-paced environment and is passionate about driving business growth.

You will oversee sales strategy, marketing campaigns, team management, and product coordination for our SaaS-based PR distribution platform. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with excellent communication, project management, and business development skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct & Project Management
Oversee the day-to-day operations of our SaaS platform.
Coordinate with the development team on feature enhancements, bug fixes, product improvements, and recent releases.
Translate business requirements into actionable tasks and ensure timely execution.
Track project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.

Team Leadership
Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 employees.
Assign daily responsibilities and monitor progress.




Conduct regular performance reviews and productivity assessments.
Define KPIs and ensure accountability across the team.
Mentor, motivate, and support team members to achieve organizational goals.

Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies to generate recent business opportunities.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Establish relationships with startups, enterprises, agencies, and business owners.
Set and achieve monthly sales targets for yourself and the sales team.
Monitor sales performance and prepare revenue forecasts and reports.

Marketing & Lead Generation
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
Generate qualified leads through digital marketing and outreach initiatives.
Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to optimize campaign performance.
Identify current customer acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
