Position: IT Recruiter / Non-IT Recruiter
Work Mode: Work from Office
Location: Kasturi Nagar, Bangalore
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
CTC: Up to ₹3 LPA (Based on experience and performance)

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end IT and Non-IT recruitment for Permanent Staffing and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions.
Understand client hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and skilled networking.
Screen and shortlist profiles based on job descriptions and client requirements.
Conduct HR screening interviews to assess communication skills, technical knowledge, attitude, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
Schedule and manage interview processes efficiently.




Maintain continuous follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
Ensure successful candidate onboarding as per the committed joining date.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily MIS reports.
Achieve monthly hiring targets while ensuring quality hiring standards.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment.
Good understanding of various IT technologies, Non-IT domains, and job roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and candidate relationship management skills.
Client interaction and stakeholder management skills.
Professional email etiquette.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.

Eligibility
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage).
