Design, develop, and maintain provisioning flows/scripts on Nokia Comptel (Energetic Provisioning/Fulfillment) for fixed line services broadband, PSTN/voice, IPTV, and bundled offers.
Build and configure activation flows covering order intake, resource allocation, network element provisioning, and service activation/deactivation.
Develop interfaces between Comptel and network elements/systems — DSLAM, BRAS, OLT/GPON, softswitches, HLR/HSS (as applicable), and other fixed line network equipment.
Configure and maintain Comptel flow components — activities, decision points, error/retry handling, and rollback logic for failed provisioning attempts.
Troubleshoot provisioning failures, stuck orders, and flow exceptions through log analysis and flow debugging.
Collaborate with Order Management/Orchestration, CRM, and Network teams to ensure end-to-end order-to-activation alignment for fixed line products.
Support new product/service launches by building or modifying provisioning flows to accommodate current fixed line offers and bundles.




Perform impact analysis and technical design for CRs related to fixed line provisioning enhancements.
Support SIT/UAT testing cycles, defect resolution, and production deployment of provisioning flow changes.
Provide L2/L3 production support for provisioning-related incidents, ensuring resolution within SLAs.
Maintain technical documentation for flow logic, network integration points, and configuration changes.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of hands-on experience with Nokia Comptel Provisioning (Energetic Provisioning / Fulfillment / Comptel Fusion) flow development.
Strong understanding of fixed line telecom architecture — broadband (DSL/Fiber/GPON), PSTN, and IPTV provisioning workflows.
Experience developing and troubleshooting provisioning flows, activities, and decision logic within Comptel's flow engine.
Familiarity with network element integration — DSLAM, OLT/GPON, BRAS, softswitch, and related fixed
