Part Number & document number creation in PLM tool
BOM structuring & revising in PLM tool
ECR/ECN review for completeness, product impact and customer impact (internal and external) then routing to approval
Converting ECR into changes notices (ECN/DCN/MCN), assigning the tasks to NPI engineers
Once ECN is released, assign tasks to relevant team members to work on implementation
Conducting Change implementation meeting with cross functional teams
Sharing the released changes and documentation with the contract manufacturers
Tracking the implementation of changes at contract manufacturers
