Assist in mold assembly, disassembly, and maintenance activities.
Clean molds, dies, inserts, and tool room equipment after use.
Support preventive maintenance of injection molds.
Handle tools, measuring instruments, and spare parts safely.
Maintain proper tool identification and storage.
Assist in loading and unloading molds using lifting equipment under supervision.
Record tool movement, maintenance activities, and inventory details.
Support machining operations such as drilling, tapping, polishing, and grinding as instructed.
Report damaged tools or abnormal conditions to the Tool Room In-charge.
Maintain 5S standards and housekeeping in the tool room.
Follow safety procedures and wear the required PPE.
Assist during mold trials and production changeovers when required.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
