About Invictron

Invictron Systems develops autonomous defense technologies designed to operate reliably in GNSS-denied, GPS-contested, and electronically hostile environments. The company builds end-to-end autonomous warfare solutions, including intelligent ground control systems, UAV software, and real-time object detection, tracking, and aiming systems to enhance battlefield situational awareness and decision-making.

Founded and led by IIT alumni and mentors, Invictron is focused on building sovereign battlefield autonomy for India and reducing dependence on imported drone and UAV systems. Alongside its core defense and aerospace work, the company is also building software systems that support operations, workflows, and mission-critical execution across the organization.

The Role

We’re looking for a
Full Stack Engineer

to support the development of software systems and applications across the organization. This role is suited to someone comfortable working across backend systems, databases, frontend/mobile development, and product workflows.





You’ll work with the team to build reliable, well-structured software that supports internal tools, operational workflows, and broader product needs. Depending on the project, this may involve backend development, database design, application interfaces, and Flutter-based development.

This role is a positive fit for someone who enjoys working across the stack, solving practical engineering problems, and turning product or operational requirements into software that is practical, maintainable, and scalable.

Day to day, you may work on:
Building and maintaining backend services, APIs, and business logic
Contributing to frontend or app interfaces with a focus on usability and workflow efficiency
Supporting Flutter-based development where relevant
Working with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into software features
Debugging, improving, and maintaining software systems as they evolve
