About the Role
We're looking for a confident and target-driven Business Development Executive to generate qualified B2B leads for our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services. The role involves cold calling healthcare providers across the US, identifying decision-makers, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Generate B2B leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and follow-ups.
Contact physician practices, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare organizations in the US.
Identify and connect with decision-makers such as Practice Managers, Physicians, CEOs, and Office Managers.
Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline.
Achieve lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English.
Solid communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM, LinkedIn, MS Office, and email marketing.




1–5 years of experience in Lead Generation, International Sales, BPO, Telemarketing, or Business Development.
Experience in US Healthcare/Medical Billing/RCM is an advantage but not mandatory.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Robust interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Candidates with prior experience in US Healthcare, Medical Billing, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Healthcare BPO, Healthcare Staffing, IT Services, or Medical Sales will be given preference.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
