Role & responsibilities
lead end-to-end implementation of supply chain projects.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, customers, and cross-functional teams.
Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
Conduct requirement gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
Implement SCM solutions related to warehousing, logistics, transportation, inventory management, and procurement.
Support ERP/WMS/TMS implementation and integration activities.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
Prepare project status reports and present updates to management.
Conduct user training and change management activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and customer requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in Operations or Supply Chain preferred.
