Job Title: Client Relationship Executive

Overview: We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Relationship Executive to manage and nurture relationships with our clients. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs, ensuring their satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate is a solid communicator with the ability to build trust, identify prospects for account growth, and support clients throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to build strong relationships.
Understand client needs and requirements to tailor solutions and improve customer satisfaction.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing excellent service and support post-sales.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth.
Maintain and update client information and interaction history using CRM tools.




Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support targeted campaigns and client engagement strategies.
Ensure timely resolution of client inquiries, issues, and feedback to enhance client loyalty.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and account reviews.
Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve long-term retention.
Provide feedback to product and sales teams to improve offerings and client experience.

Requirements:
Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.
Results-oriented with a proactive attitude towards client engagement.
Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and resolve conflicts professionally.
Knowledge of sales processes including RFQ, Quotation Creation, Purchase Orders (PO), and related procedures.
