Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive global logistics & procurement executive with 3–5 years of experience in procurement and international logistics. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in global sourcing, import/export purchasing, vendor management, logistics coordination, and purchase order processing.

Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international procurement activities.
Manage global purchasing, import, and export procurement.
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with domestic and international vendors.
Create, process, and track Purchase Orders (POs).
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
Conduct vendor evaluation based on quality, cost, delivery, and service performance.
Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms with suppliers.
Maintain procurement records, import/export documentation, and supplier databases.




Monitor inventory requirements and ensure timely procurement.
Support cost reduction and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualification

3–5 years of experience in global procurement, international purchasing, or logistics.
Experience working with overseas vendors and coordinating international shipments.
