We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with solid technical knowledge and hands-on experience in:
Electrical Systems
Diesel Generator (DG) Sets
HVAC Systems
STP & WTP Operations
HNS (Housekeeping & Network Systems)
Safety Systems
UPS Operations & Maintenance
Responsibilities:
Oversee the operation and maintenance of all facility systems across IT companies and residential apartments.
Lead, train, and guide technical teams to ensure smooth and productive site operations.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and preventive maintenance schedules.
Coordinate with vendors and clients for timely issue resolution and performance improvement.
Experience:
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in facility management operations, preferably in IT and residential environments.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: Up to ₹744,000.00 per year
