Are you an experienced Building Materials sales professional with strong channel sales and project sales expertise? This opportunity is ideal for someone who can lead regional growth, manage dealer networks, and drive business expansion.

REQUIREMENTS:
Only candidates from the Building Materials industry will be considered
No candidates from the Paints industry
Strong channel sales knowledge is mandatory
Must have project sales experience with positive stability
Minimum 2+ years in the last two companies
Valuable communication and presentable personality
Relocation candidates will not be considered
Maximum age: 40–42 years

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
Achieve business targets region-wise
Manage sales, profitability, and growth plans




Develop and implement regional sales & marketing strategies
Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and architects
Expand and manage the dealer/distributor network
Execute brand promotion, ATL, and BTL activities
Ensure price control, credit control, and cost management
Recruit and develop a strong sales team
Participate in exhibitions and market activation initiatives
