CLICCOT Technology Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Telecaller to generate leads, promote the company's products and services, and convert prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
Explain company products and services professionally.
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
Maintain customer information and sales activities in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the Business Development team for lead conversion.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Prepare daily call reports and submit weekly performance reports.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
Robust convincing and negotiation skills.




Positive interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Eligibility
Any Graduate or Diploma.
1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or Customer Relationship roles.
Experience in IT Products, Software Sales, Mobile Apps, or Digital Services will be preferred.

Target-Based Performance

This is a Target-Oriented Sales Role.

The selected candidate will be responsible for achieving:
Daily outbound calling targets.
Weekly lead generation targets.
Monthly customer conversion targets.
Monthly revenue targets assigned by the management.

Performance incentives will be based on target achievement.
