Role & responsibilities
Develop and execute procurement strategies for construction and fit-out projects.
Source and negotiate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
Manage RFQs, quotations, bid evaluations, and purchase orders.
Build and maintain an approved vendor database across civil, interiors, MEP, technology, and furniture categories.
Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, warranties, and payment schedules.
Coordinate with architecture, projects, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely procurement.
Monitor project budgets and identify cost-saving prospects.
Track material deliveries and ensure on-time availability at project sites.
Ensure procurement complies with company policies and quality standards.




Evaluate vendor performance and establish long-term strategic partnerships.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
58 years of procurement experience in commercial, retail, hospitality, or interior fit-out projects.
Robust understanding of BOQs, vendor negotiations, contracts, and project procurement.
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
