Job Purpose

We are looking for a customer-focused and sales-driven Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) to manage customer relationships through phone and digital channels. The role involves engaging with existing customers, understanding their financial needs, cross-selling banking products, providing exceptional service, and achieving assigned sales targets while ensuring compliance with bank policies.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and strengthen relationships with the bank's existing customer base through outbound and inbound calls.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking and financial products.
Cross-sell products such as:
Savings & Current Accounts (CASA)
Fixed Deposits (FD)
Personal Loans
Home Loans
Credit Cards
Insurance
Mutual Funds
Digital Banking Services
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.




Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolution.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.
Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM systems.
Follow RBI guidelines, KYC, AML, and internal compliance processes.
Coordinate with branch and product teams for customer fulfilment.
Build long-term customer relationships and improve portfolio value.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline.
1–5 years of experience in Retail Banking, Phone Banking, Virtual Relationship Management, Customer Service, or Banking Sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and solid sales aptitude may also be considered (subject to business requirements).

Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi (regional language is an added advantage).
