Canteen Supervisor Job Responsibilities
Supervise the daily operations of the canteen.
Manage and schedule canteen staff duties.
Ensure food is prepared and served according to quality and hygiene standards.
Monitor food safety and cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
Check food quality, taste, and portion sizes.
Maintain inventory of food, beverages, and kitchen supplies.
Control food costs and reduce wastage.
Handle customer complaints and resolve service issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local food safety regulations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on canteen operations.
Train current employees on food handling, customer service, and safety procedures.
Monitor attendance and performance of canteen staff.
Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and report any repairs needed.

Qualifications

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
