Job Description

We are a financial consultancy engaged in Project Finance, Construction Finance, Working Capital Finance, and other financial advisory services. We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive to handle client communication, follow-ups, business development support, and day-to-day office coordination.

The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, understanding their basic business and funding requirements, coordinating with the internal team, and maintaining regular follow-ups through calls and messages.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and existing business contacts.
Communicate with builders, developers, contractors, and business owners regarding their funding requirements.
Understand the basic financial and funding needs of prospective clients.
Send skilled messages and follow-ups through WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Maintain regular follow-up with leads generated through digital marketing activities.




Coordinate with the business development and finance team for further processing of client requirements.
Maintain lead records, call reports, follow-up details, and client information.
Schedule meetings and coordinate discussions between clients and senior consultants.
Assist in preparing and organizing basic client documents and information.
Support general office coordination and administrative activities as required.
Perform other office-related responsibilities assigned by the management.

Preferred candidate profile
1 to 5 years of experience in telecalling, customer relationship management, client coordination, inside sales, or business development.
Candidates with experience in insurance companies, banking, NBFCs, financial services, loan sales, or customer service will be preferred.
Experience in night-shift insurance/BPO customer service or sales processes can also be considered.
