Sr. Accounts Payable Executive

Location: Pitampura, Current Delhi

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary

We are hiring an Accounts Payable Executive to manage vendor payments, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounts payable, Tally ERP, GST, TDS, and vendor reconciliation within a manufacturing or FMCG workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payment as per company policy.
Verify purchase invoices with purchase orders and supporting documents.
Perform vendor ledger reconciliation and resolve payment discrepancies.
Prepare and process payment vouchers, RTGS/NEFT transactions, and bank entries.
Maintain daily bank reconciliation and update financial records.
Record purchase, expense, journal, and payment entries in Tally ERP.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Prepare debit notes, credit notes,



and maintain supporting documentation.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to accounts payable.
Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Finance, and Internal Teams for smooth payment processing.
Maintain proper documentation and support internal and statutory audits.

Required Skills
3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel.
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, vendor reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work accurately in a quick-paced environment.
