Key Responsibilities (KRA) Air & Ocean Freight Sales1. Recent Business Development
Identify and acquire current customers for Air Freight and Ocean Freight services.
Generate business from importers, exporters, manufacturers, automotive, retail, engineering, FMCG, pharma, and industrial clients.
Build a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client meetings.
Air & Ocean Freight Sales
Sell Air Freight (Export & Import) and Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL) solutions.
Promote end-to-end freight forwarding services based on customer requirements.
Understand customer logistics needs and recommend the most suitable transportation solutions.
Logistics Solution Selling
Offer integrated logistics solutions including:
Air Freight
Ocean Freight
