About the Role

AGI Innovations Makes360 Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify, qualify, and generate high-quality leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B lead generation, prospect research, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and CRM management.

Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients across various industries and target markets.
Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold outreach, and online research.
Build and maintain accurate prospect databases using ERP tools and spreadsheets.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify current business opportunities.
Execute outbound email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach to generate appointments.
Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead and communication details.




Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
Track campaign performance and optimize outreach based on response rates and conversions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation reports.
Stay updated with industry trends, prospecting tools, and lead generation best practices.

Required Skills & Expertise
2–3 years of experience in B2B Lead Generation or Business Development.
Strong experience with:
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Apollo.io
ZoomInfo (preferred)
Lusha or similar prospecting tools
Hands-on experience with:
CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
Email outreach tools
Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
Solid understanding of:
Lead qualification
Prospect research
Email marketing
Cold outreach strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust analytical and organizational abilities.
