Key Responsibilities
Maintain robust relationships with distributors, dealers, hospitals, and other clients.
Keep track of clients' birthdays and special occasions, and coordinate the delivery of gifts and greeting cards.
Regularly communicate with clients to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term business relationships.
Maintain client records and coordinate with the sales team for seamless customer support.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and record management.
Well-organized, customer-oriented, and willing to travel locally when required.
Prior experience in customer relationship management or client servicing will be an added advantage.
