theName is building an AI-native social platform that helps people, communities, and businesses connect, discover prospects, and make better decisions.

We're currently building our Alpha product and are looking for our first Brand & Growth Manager to help define how the world discovers, understands, and trusts theName.

Role Overview

This is not a social media management or ads execution role.

We're looking for a founding team member who will own brand, growth, and go-to-market strategy from the ground up.

You'll work directly with Founders to build scalable growth systems, experiment rapidly, and help shape the future of the product.

How This Role Works

You'll report directly to the Founders.

There is no predefined playbook—you'll be expected to:
Identify opportunities and problems
Develop and test solutions
Execute growth experiments
Measure outcomes and improve continuously

You'll collaborate closely with product, design, content, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
Build and evolve the brand, positioning, and messaging




Plan and execute launch campaigns
Drive user acquisition through organic, referral, community, creator, partnership, and paid channels
Improve activation, retention, referrals, CAC, and growth loops
Work with product teams on onboarding, go-to-market, and product launches
Build and grow the early community of users, creators, businesses, and ambassadors
Use analytics and experimentation to guide decisions and optimize growth

Startup or consumer product experience is a plus but not essential.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
