Position: HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching staff.

Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.

Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HRMIS data.

Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure statutory compliance.

Draft HR letters, contracts, and employee-related documents.

Support performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives.

Handle grievance resolution and maintain positive employee relations.

Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws.

Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements.

Assist in HR audits and administrative activities.

Required Skills





Robust knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.

Experience in payroll coordination and statutory compliance.

Positive communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HRMS.

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

MBA/PGDM in HR or Graduate with a specialization in Human Resources.

2–5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a school, college, or educational institution.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹41,364.40 per month
