ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a digitally sharp, creatively driven, and highly agile Social Media & Brand Content leader who can drive growth, brand visibility, reputation, and engagement across platforms. The ideal candidate should be:
Street smart and culturally aware
Digitally savvy and AI-led
Strong at both strategy and execution
Agile, quick-moving, and solution-oriented
Able to create impactful social-first brand narratives and innovative content formats

This role requires someone who can independently lead content, social media growth, influencer collaborations, ORM, paid amplification support, and leadership communication while working closely with agencies, creators, production houses, and internal stakeholders.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Strategy & Growth
Lead end-to-end social media strategy for the brand across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms.
Drive follower growth, engagement, brand awareness, and audience affinity through creative and insight-led content.




Develop platform-specific strategies and identify new-age opportunities for brand building.
Continuously identify emerging digital trends, formats, creators, meme culture, AI tools, and platform innovations to keep the brand culturally relevant and ahead of the curve.

Content Ideation & Production
Lead ideation and creation of digital-first content including reels, short videos, brand films, influencer-led content, podcasts, educational content, leadership communication, and trend-led creatives.
Conceptualise innovative content formats that can build stronger audience engagement and organic reach.
Work closely with production houses, editors, creators, agencies, and internal teams to deliver rapid-turnaround, high-quality content pieces
Oversee shoots, scripting, content calendars, edits, post-production, publishing workflows, and SEO optimisation.
