We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented
Assistant Manager – Accounts & Finance

who can efficiently manage the company's financial operations while also supporting tender compliance, bid documentation, and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance
Manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the company.
Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, journals, and financial records.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor reconciliations.
Prepare customer invoices, purchase orders, payment vouchers, debit notes,



credit notes, and receipts.
Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
Monitor cash flow and maintain financial records accurately.
Process vendor payments and follow up on customer collections.
Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Coordinate with auditors, bankers, tax consultants, and statutory authorities whenever required.

Statutory Compliance
Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Qualified Tax, PF, ESIC, and other applicable statutory requirements.
Maintain accurate statutory records and ensure timely filing of returns.
Keep financial records audit-ready at all times.
Maintain proper documentation for internal and external audits.
