Role & responsibilities

• Plan and execute the technical requirements for corporate events in accordance with client expectations and project timelines.
Install, configure, test, and operate qualified Audio Visual equipment for live events.
Perform pre-event system testing to ensure all AV equipment is fully functional before event commencement.
Independently manage AV operations during live events, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.
Configure and operate audio systems, video systems, display solutions, and presentation equipment.
Provide technical support to presenters, speakers, and VIP stakeholders during live events.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to audio, video, displays, lighting interfaces, and presentation systems in a timely manner.
Coordinate with clients, event managers, production teams, vendors, and internal departments for smooth event execution.
Ensure proper installation, cable management, equipment positioning, and adherence to safety standards.




Supervise event setup and dismantling activities while ensuring equipment is handled safely.
Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspection of AV equipment.
Prepare comprehensive event reports, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements, service documentation, and technical observations upon the successful completion of each event.
Ensure compliance with company policies, client standards, and health & safety guidelines.

Digital & Analog Audio Mixers, Wired and Wireless Microphones, Digital Signal Processors (DSP), Amplifiers, Skilled Speaker Systems, Stage Monitors

LED Walls, Projection Systems, LCD & LED Displays, Video Walls, Confidence Monitors, PTZ Cameras, Video Switchers, Presentation Switchers, HDMI & SDI Distribution Systems
