Key Responsibilities (Job Description):

1.Preparation of BRD(Business Requirement Document)

a) Work with stakeholders to identify and document business needs and requirements.

b) Develop and maintain business requirements documents

c) Conduct research and analyse data to identify trends, issues, and prospects.

2.Preparation of FRD(Functional Requirement Document)

a) Produce explicit definition of project scope and objectives

b) Producing FRD as basis for design and development

c) Recommend solutions to improve business processes, systems, and products.

d) Work with developers to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.

3.Preparation of visual representation of As Is” and “To Be” process

a) Understand the current state of the process

b) Identify processes and activities

c) Capture inputs and outputs

Document roles and responsibilities

e) Use standard notation or symbols

f) Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and SMEs
Smooth execution of UAT

a) Collaborate with stakeholders to define the scope of UAT

b) Work closely with end users, SMEs and other stakeholders to define test scenarios and create detailed test cases

c) Provide support to stakeholders during UAT

d) Participate in UAT sessions to understand the rationale behind proposed changes
