Role & responsibilities
Coordinate with existing and prospective customers through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Understand customer requirements and respond to product enquiries.
Prepare and share quotations with customers.
Follow up on quotations to ensure timely order closure.
Maintain regular communication with customers to build robust relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of customer orders.
Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Support the Sales & Business Development team in achieving business targets.
Preferred candidate profile
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
Graduate or pursuing graduation.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
