Role & responsibilities
Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure timely project execution.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with the project team, contractors, vendors, and clients for smooth project execution.
Plan and allocate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
Maintain daily progress reports and update project status to management.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at the project site.
Verify measurements, monitor work quality, and resolve in office technical issues.
Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at the site.
Attend site meetings and support project planning and scheduling activities.
Ensure completion of assigned work within the specified timelines and budget.
