Role & responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), including those requiring ventilator support, hemodynamic monitoring, and other life-support measures.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with complex medical conditions.
Conduct routine rounds, assess patient progress, and report changes in condition to healthcare providers.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and unit efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of patient data, medications administered, and treatments provided.
