We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager who can lead our sales initiatives, develop effective marketing strategies, and drive membership growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to generate revenue through strategic planning and team management.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
Experience in the fitness, wellness, hospitality, retail, or service industry is preferred.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of marketing strategies and customer acquisition.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase gym memberships.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.




Generate recent business opportunities through corporate tie-ups, events, partnerships, and referrals.
Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
Monitor sales performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Build solid relationships with potential and existing members.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Organize promotional campaigns, fitness events, and membership drives.
Ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
