The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) will be responsible for driving sales, distribution, and market share of the company’s products across Thrissur to Kasargod region. The role involves managing distributors, retailers, sales officers, and ensuring secondary and tertiary sales growth while maintaining robust trade relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Distribution
Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
Ensure effective distribution network across Thrissur, Malappuram, Kozhikode, Kannur, and Kasargod.
Drive numeric and weighted distribution by appointing and managing distributors/stockists.
Market Development
Expand retail penetration, increase visibility, and ensure proper product placement.
Identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and channel partners.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and share inputs with management.
Team Management
Lead and motivate sales officers, executives, and field staff in the region.
Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure effective field execution.




Monitor sales team performance and ensure disciplined market working.
Trade & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retailers.
Negotiate trade schemes, offers, and incentives to drive sales.
Ensure timely collections and manage outstanding receivables.
Reporting & Compliance
Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, market feedback, and competitor activities.
Ensure compliance with company’s sales policies, pricing guidelines, and promotional campaigns.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Solid knowledge of FMCG sales, distribution network, and channel management in Kerala.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Leadership qualities with ability to manage field sales teams.
Solid analytical skills with ability to track sales data and identify gaps.
