About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead the company's accounting, financial reporting, cash-flow management, compliance, and financial planning functions. The role will work closely with the founders and business teams to ensure solid financial controls and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Own day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
Prepare monthly MIS, P&L;, balance sheet, cash-flow statements, and management reports.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and working capital.
Monitor revenue, expenses, collections, payables, and receivables.
Manage lender/NBFC reconciliations, settlements, and financial reporting.
Ensure timely GST, TDS, income tax, audit, and other statutory compliances.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, NBFCs, and other financial stakeholders.
Establish and strengthen financial controls, processes,



and internal systems.
Support fundraising, investor reporting, financial due diligence, and data requirements.
Analyse business performance, unit economics, margins, and profitability.
Work closely with the operations, sales, collections, and leadership teams on financial matters.
Lead and manage the accounts and finance team as the company scales.

Requirements
4–8 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a startup, NBFC, fintech, lending, or high-growth company.
Robust understanding of accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
Experience in financial planning, cash-flow management, MIS, and budgeting.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with accounting/ERP software.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and build processes in a rapid-paced environment.
