We are looking for a passionate and result-driven qualified to manage and grow our portfolio of creators and influencers. This role involves identifying revenue opportunities, securing brand collaborations, managing end-to-end campaign execution, and building long-term relationships with creators and brands.

role focused on brand collaborations, sales, and campaign execution.
This is not an HR, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment role.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of creators and influencers, supporting their overall growth and monetization.
Identify and secure brand collaboration opportunities for assigned creators.
Generate recent business opportunities through outreach, networking, and relationship building.




Pitch creators to brands and agencies for relevant campaigns.
Negotiate commercial deals and maximize value for both creators and the company.
Manage the complete lifecycle of brand collaborations—from pitching and negotiations to execution and closure.
Coordinate with internal teams, brands, and creators to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
Build and maintain solid relationships with creators, brands, and agency partners.
Monitor campaign timelines, deliverables, and performance to ensure successful execution.
Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, creator economy developments, and social media platforms.
Maintain accurate records of deals, campaigns, creator performance, and revenue.
Achieve monthly revenue, business development, and partnership targets.
