Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
Identify Prospects: Scout current markets, industries, and regions for IT services (e.g., custom software development, cloud migration, AI/ML, and IT staffing).
Outreach: Generate high-quality leads through cold outreach, networking, and attending industry conferences.
Sales Pipeline Management: Track all lead interactions and manage the sales lifecycle using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Proposal Development & Pitching
Requirement Analysis: Assess prospective clients' technical needs and business challenges.
Custom Proposals: Collaborate with technical architects and delivery heads to design, price, and present customized Statements of Work (SoW) and pitch decks.
Negotiation: Lead deal closures, finalize pricing models (e.g., Time & Material, Fixed Bid), and negotiate contract terms.
Account Management & Relationship Building
Client Retention: Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors).
Upselling:



Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional IT services to existing clients based on their growth.
Partner Alliances: Establish strategic partnerships with software vendors, hardware providers, or system integrators to offer bundled solutions.
Market Research & Strategy
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on emerging technologies and shifting market dynamics to ensure the company’s services remain competitive.
Competitor Analysis: Track competitor pricing, marketing positioning, and service offerings to refine business strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Bridging the Gap: Serve as the bridge between the client and the technical delivery teams
Marketing Support: Provide feedback to the marketing team on campaign effectiveness and assist in creating service-focused collateral (case studies, whitepapers).
