We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented IT Recruiter – Team Lead to lead the IT recruitment team and manage end-to-end hiring activities. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in IT recruitment, team management, stakeholder coordination, and achieving hiring targets while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the IT recruitment team to achieve hiring goals.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, offer rollout, and onboarding coordination.
Understand technical job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Coordinate with hiring managers to gather hiring requirements and provide regular recruitment updates.
Allocate positions among recruiters and monitor daily recruitment activities.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined turnaround time (TAT).




Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidates based on technical and behavioral competencies.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and recruiter productivity.
Prepare and share recruitment reports with management.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment records and ATS/database accurately.
Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives when required.
Stay updated with current IT hiring trends, market salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

Experience
3–6 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Team lead profile added advantage

Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
