KHALIJ ORGANIX LLP (and a sister company AR) is an Indian based exports-house dealing in multiple product categories across national and international markets. The Director manages client relationships, sourcing, and shipments across time zones — which is exactly why this role exists.

About the Role

The Director needs a dependable right hand — someone who keeps the calendar, communication, and daily operations running so the Director can focus on growing the business. This is a close-working, high-trust role: you will be involved in scheduling, correspondence, follow-ups, and day-to-day coordination across the business.

What You’ll Do
Manage The Director’s Daily Calendar, Appointments, And Meeting Schedules.
Handle Calls, Emails, And WhatsApp Correspondence on The Director’s Behalf; Draft Replies, And Follow-Ups.
Coordinate With Buyers, Vendors, Freight/Cha Agents, And Staff; Track Pending Orders and Follow-Ups to Completion.
Maintain Documents, Records, And Basic Reports (Word, Excel, Google Sheets).




Assist With Export Documentation Filing, Courier Dispatch, Travel Bookings, And Logistics Coordination.
Handle Routine Errands and Ad-Hoc Tasks Assigned by the Director.

What We’re Looking For

Required:
Positive spoken and written communication in Hindi and English.
Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Word, email) + AI driven knowledge.
Robust organization and follow-up habits; comfortable managing multiple tasks.
Discretion and confidentiality — you will handle sensitive information.
Willing to work hybrid, remote, in-person, in-filed, meeting with clients, attend events, and work in office full time (Nationally or Internationally).

Preferred:
1+ year experience as a PA, EA, office assistant, or front-office role.
Familiarity with scheduling tools, basic accounting entries, or social media handling.
