Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Medical Gastroenterologist to diagnose, treat, and manage diseases related to the digestive system, liver, pancreas, gallbladder, and gastrointestinal tract. The ideal candidate should possess robust clinical knowledge, excellent patient care skills, and the ability to perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with gastrointestinal and liver disorders.
Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as:
Upper GI Endoscopy
Colonoscopy
Sigmoidoscopy
ERCP (if trained)
Capsule Endoscopy (where available)




Manage conditions including:
GERD
Peptic Ulcer Disease
Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD)
Liver Diseases
Hepatitis
Pancreatitis
GI Bleeding
Gastrointestinal Cancers
Interpret laboratory investigations, imaging studies, and pathology reports.
Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
Provide inpatient and outpatient consultation services.
Collaborate with surgeons, oncologists, radiologists, and other specialists.
Educate patients and families regarding disease prevention, treatment, and lifestyle modifications.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
Participate in emergency GI care whenever required.
Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, infection control measures, and ethical medical practices.
