Nirwana Group is a leading real estate developer with a strong presence in residential and commercial developments. We are looking for a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our projects team and support plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair across our ongoing and upcoming residential & commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair water supply, drainage, sewerage, and plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
Read and interpret plumbing drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
Install and maintain pipelines, sanitary fixtures, faucets, water tanks, pumps, valves, and drainage systems.
Perform pressure testing, leak detection, and plumbing inspections.
Troubleshoot plumbing issues and carry out timely repairs.
Coordinate with civil, electrical, HVAC, and project teams during construction and fit-out activities.
Ensure all plumbing work complies with safety standards,



project specifications, and applicable building codes.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of plumbing systems.
Maintain tools, equipment, and records of completed work.
Report material requirements and ensure efficient utilization of plumbing materials.

Requirements
ITI in Plumbing or equivalent technical qualification.
2–5 years of experience in residential and commercial construction projects.
Solid knowledge of plumbing systems, drainage, sanitary fittings, water supply networks, and piping materials.
Ability to read plumbing drawings and execute work independently.
Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with construction site safety practices.
Responsible, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
