Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, support, and enhancement projects with robust knowledge of HR business processes.

Key Responsibilities
Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
Gather and analyze business requirements from HR stakeholders.
Participate in implementation, enhancement, testing, and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot functional issues and provide effective solutions.
Prepare project documentation, user guides,



and training materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills
3+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Hands-on experience in one or more HCM modules:
Core HR
